1、浅析优质护理对肿瘤晚期患者疼痛的效果分析艾淑颖李桦湖北医药学院附属太和医院湖北十堰442000【摘要】目的：通过临床对比研究，探讨优质护理对肿瘤晚期患者疼痛的效果。方法：随机选取我院2014年6月-2015年5月肿瘤科收治的120例肿瘤晚期患者，并随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者采用常规的护理措施，观察组患者采用优质护理措施，对比两组患者的临床疼痛状况。结果：观察组60例患者中，因采取优质护理措施，52例患者的疼痛感为轻度疼痛，所占比例为86.67%，5例患者疼痛感为中度疼痛，所占比例为8.33%,3例患者疼痛感为重度疼痛，所占比例为5%;对照组60例患者中，
2、因仅采用常规护理措施，仅28例患者为轻度疼痛，所占比例为46.67%,21例患者的疼痛感为中度疼痛，所占比例为35%,11例患者的疼痛感为重度疼痛，所占比例为18.33%;两组数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该次研宄证明，对肿瘤晚期患者采取优质护理措施,不仅能有效缓解护患矛盾，更能有效降低患者的病痛，值得临床推广应用。结论：尽管在临床治疗上对肿瘤晚期患者使用了镇痛药物，但肿瘤晚期患者仍需要承受许多疼痛，无论心理或生理，都承受着巨大的痛苦。木次研究，通过幵展优质护理的方式，帮助肿瘤晚期患者减少了疼痛感，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】肿瘤晚期；优质护理；疼痛；效果分析
