1、中医针灸联合推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效海南省海口市第三人民医院理疗科海南海口571100【摘要】目的：观察中医针灸联合推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析2014年9月至2015年9月我院收治的72例椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床资料，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组36例，对照组给予针灸治疗，试验组在此基础上并用推拿进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状及功能改善情况。结果：治疗后，试验组的临床总有效率为94.44%,对照组的临床总有效率为77.78%,试验组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，试验组患
2、者的临床症状和颈椎功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论：中医针灸联合推拿手法治疗椎动脉颈椎病患者的临床疗效明显优于单纯使用针灸治疗，可有效改善患者临床症状和颈椎功能，值得临床进一步推广应用。【关键词】：中医针灸；推拿；椎动脉型颈椎病；临床疗效【中图分类号】R271【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)08-0299-01[Abstract]Objective:Toobservetheclinicalcurativeeffectofacupuncturecombinedwithmassageintr
