1、题目：我国西部地区利用外资存在的问题及其对策我国西部地区利用外资存在的问题及其对策［摘要］21世纪以來，作为世界第二大经济体和第一贸易同的中岡已经成为全球FDI最大的接受国。西部地区是中同经济发展的薄弱环节，随着经济的发展和对外开放的不断深化，西部地区需要更多的资金和技术支持，但是长期以來西部地区利用外资情况却不容乐观。文章将对西部地区外资利用现状、存在的问题及解决策略进行研究，为两部地区的进一步发展提供可行性建议。实施四部大丌发是我W跨世纪的战略部署。目前关•丁•西部地区丌发问题的讨论，集屮于西部地区开发的历史、现状及前景展望，西部地区幵发而临的问题及对策研

2、究，西部地区开发中必须处理好的某些关系等方面。本文试图从西部地区利用外资角度作一些冇益的探讨。利用外资对丙部地区的开发有着重要的战略意义。我同丙部地区利用外资既存在政策优惠、资源优势、环境改善等有利条件，也面临着总体投资环境落后、投资来源受到限制等不利因素。耍加强四部地区利用外资的力度，必须着力改善投资的环境、推行更优惠的政策、通过多种渠道利用外资，从而对推动西部地区的开发向着既定A标前进起到更大的推动作用。［关键字］外资西部开发政策建议Theproblemsexistingintheigncapitalofwesternregionanditscounter
