6、易方而依然会产生问题。因此，为了统一岡际间的贸易规则，制定出了信用证的统一惯例。跟单信用证统一惯例是W际上所认可的统一银行间操作的典范。论文共有三个部分，论文的第一部分是信用证，包括信用证的定义，信用证的内容，和信用证的特点。在第二部分，介绍了信用证的特点，并且，在这一部分，也介绍了开证行以及它所扮演的角色，也包括银行间的操作流程。因为，宥时候交易并不是完全顺利的,所以在这一部分屮也介绍了它的风险。而且接下来的部分也是，在这里，包括了信用证的独立性，以及存在的问题，单据的一致性和单据的审核。除了提及买卖双方的安全性外，还有信用证统一惯例。最后一章简单介绍了信用证的发展前景及对米来
