1、区域经济适应经济新常态对策研宄【内容摘要】从2014年开始，中央和政府公开把我国经济发展定义为进入新常态®，最直接的感受和标志就是经济增速放缓或冋落，有人形容为“L”形底部。从国际经验看，符合经济发展规律，所有比较成功的经济体，都毫无例外地出现了增速放缓，由高速增长转入中速增长。受国际经济低迷和国内经济增速冋落影响，区域经济也难以独善其身，只冇正确理解新常态、尽快适应新常态,真正实施转型升级战略，面对挑战，抢抓机遇，才能实现区域经济提质增效持续健康发展。【Abstract】Since2014，thecentralgovernmentan
