1、摘要回转圆筒干燥器因为其结构简单、运行可靠、连续操作、适应能力强、处理能力大及维修方便等优势,目前广泛适用于冶金、建材、化工、煤炭等行业,成为颗粒状物料的首选干燥设备。本次设计根据实际要求,通过采用复式传热的结构设计达到提高效能的目的。该设备主要结构包括:内筒、外筒、滚圈、支撑装置、传动装置、附属装置等。本次设计主要进行复式传热回转圆筒干燥器的结构设计。先对干燥器的发展概况及设计的指导思想、特点、任务进行概述进行完方案论证,然后确定方案。在技术设计部分具体叙述了复式传热回转圆筒干燥器的主要技术性能和参数,根
2、据干燥物料量进行了热量计算,进一步的确定干燥器的各个基本参数。然后对干燥器的各个部件进行总体布置,使其能以最优化的方式排列。最后对设计的干燥器进行稳定性校核,使干燥器符合稳定性的要求。最后在符合整体任务设计的要求后进行技术经济性分析尽可能的使自己设计的干燥器的成本降低。总之,整个设计是在紧张有序地过程中完成的。本次设计主要是通过对复式传热回转圆筒干燥器结构设计后,经过分析、设计、校核,使得本设计达到了任务书的设计要求。关键词:复式传热;圆筒干燥器;回转圆筒;复式干燥2AbstractRotarydryera
