1、宽胸理气疏肝法辨证治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床观察周玉凤河南貧郑州市科摘要：R的观察冠心病心绞痛患者采用宽胸理气疏肝辨证治疗的临床疗效。方法以我院2016年4月一2017年4月收治88例冠心病心绞痛患者为研允对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组44例，其中对照组患者给予地奥心血康胶囊治疗，观察组患者采取宽胸理气疏肝辨证法治疗，对比分析两组患者心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间及临床治疗有效率。结果观察组患者心绞痛发作次数显著低于对照组，发作持续时间显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者临

2、床治疗有效率为95.45%，对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为79.55%，观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采取宽胸理气疏肝法辨证治疗冠心病心绞痛临床效果显著，能有效改善患者心绞痛发病次数，缩短发作持续时间，安全可靠值得临床推广。关键词：胸痹;冠心病心绞痛;宽胸理气疏肝法;中医.药疗法;收稿日期：2017-07-25ClinicalobservationonChestandRegulatingtheLiverMethodintheTreatmentofAnginaP
