1、安徽医科大学硕士学位论文种阻断剂分别在预处理前10min分别加入非选择性阿片受体阻断剂纳洛酮(10μmol/L)和δ-阿片受体阻断剂钠曲吲哚(1μmol/L),分别检测缺氧前后和再给氧前后培养液中LDH水平和CK的活性,采用胎盘蓝染色和MTT检测处理后的各组心肌细胞活力,Hoechst33234染色检测凋亡率。结果与CON组相比,H/R组心肌细胞活力明显降低,凋亡细胞数增加,而LDH和CK活性明显升高(P<0.05)。HPC较H/R组未见明显改善,而MPC组呈剂量依赖性改善细胞H/R后的损伤,且1
