1、本科毕业设计（论文）题目：浅析我国民营企业融资问题及其对策教学单位：经济管理一系专业：会计学学号：1009061442姓名：吴瑞雪指导教师：王晶2014年5月摘要在经济不断发展的今天，民营企业己经成为W民经济不可或缺的一部分，是促进我国经济发展的重要力量之一，并且对市场经济的改革起着重要的作用。所占的经济比例也在逐渐增高，充满了生机与活力。自从中国加入了WTO以后，给民营企业带来了许多的机遇，在我国的经济发展中民营企业必将起着重要的作用。然而，民营企业所获得的金融支持却就如杯水车薪。随着我国市场

2、经济的不断的改革深入，导致民营企业也将面临融资方面的困境。因为民营企业在内部与外部都存在着诸多问题，尤其是企业的融资方面的问题。这已经阻碍了民营企业的健康发展。民营企业融资难的不仅有其外部的因素的问题，并且也有其自身因素的问题。企业自身制度的改善，加强管理水平，以及融资信誉的提高，在外部原因上，金融机构改善金融体制，政府调整税费水平并降低投资成本，并开拓多样化的融资渠道，从而可以有效地解决民营企业在发展过程中所遇到的阻碍。关键词:民营企业；融资方式;内部融资；外部融资AbstractInthec
