1、目经五成疗法治疗青少年近视临床疗效观察王瑞平汪洁许如诗方红丽湖南省岳阳市二医院眼科视光中心岳阳市青少年视力低下防治中心湖南岳阳414000摘要：目的探讨眼周穴位磁疗、按摩、贴药、视觉训练、增强体质五步法（目经五成）治疗青少年近视的效果。方法随机选取64例单眼或双眼近视5-16岁青少年儿童，按屈光度分成3组：组I（等效球镜-0.5〜-1.0D）28例50眼，组II（等效球镜-1.25〜-3.0D）20例33眼,组III（等效球镜-3.25〜-6.0D）16例32眼，分别观察治疗后1疗程及2疗程屈光不正眼的裸眼视力（UCVA）和屈光度变化并进行统计学分析，矫正视力（BCVA）和健眼未做分析。结果

2、1疗程后组142只屈光不正眼视力提高3行以上（占84%）,2疗程后48只屈光不正眼视力提高3行以上（占96%）,组1124只屈光不正眼视力提高3行以上（占72%）,2疗程后29只屈光不正眼视力提高3行以上（占87%），组11114只屈光不正眼视力提高3行以上（占43%）,2疗程后22只屈光不正眼视力提高3行以上（占68%）,3组治疗后裸眼视力（UCVA）较治疗前均提高明显（P<0.05）,3组屈光度（等效球镜±0.5D）均无明显变化（P>0.05）。结论目经五成综合疗法治疗青少年近视是安全、有效的，其长远效果尚待进一步观察。关键词：目经；近视；疗效Clinicaleffecto
