1、企业动态能力的形成机制与影响摘要：以我国高科技企业为研究样本，主要研究企业动态能力的形成机制及影响结果。通过纵向追踪研究发现：战略性人力资源管理的实施、分权式组织结构的设计和创业导向均对企业的动态能力的形成与提升具有促进作用；战略性人力资源管理、分权式组织结构和创业导向对企业绩效的促进作用均通过动态能力的中介效应实现；环境动态性在企业动态能力与组织绩效关系中起调节作用，即组织面临的环境动态性越高，企业动态能力对组织绩效的正向影响就越显著。关键词：动态能力；战略性人力资源管理；分权式组织结构；创业导向；环境动态性中图分类号：F276.6文献标识码：A文章编号:
