1、对西方财政学理论基础的演变及借鉴意义研究 摘要：自1892年巴斯塔布尔（Bastable，）出版《公共财政学》以来，百余年间西方财政学有了很大的发展，但在其理论基础问题上则始终存在分歧。本文认为，财政学从根本上看属于经济学，但又包含有一定的政治学内容，是经济学与政治学的交叉学科；财政活动主要的和基本的是微观经济活动，但也包含着派生的宏观经济内容。 关键词：西方财政学；财政学理论；理论基础 Abstract:Since1892Bastable(Bastable,CF)publishedinthe“pu
