2、quirement技术部经理负责安排生产工序的工艺策划活动及督导生产工序依指定控制规程进行。3.2QualityManagershallplantoconstitutetheproductionstandardandsupervisetheproduction’sinspection.QA部经理负责安排生产工序的产品标准控制,负责督导生产工序依指定控制规程进行,负责统筹生产工序产品验证监控工作。3.3MaterialManagershallberesponsibleforconstitutetheworkorderandshipmentplan物料部经理负责统筹下达工作单、出货计划工作。3.

5、ocessflow,processstandardandworkinstructionetc(allworkstationsneedworkinstruction),intheprocessthiselementshallbeincontrol.工程技术部统筹生产工序之工艺策划活动。工程技术部经理组织编订工艺流程工艺标准和作业指导书等作业指导文件(所有工位都需有作业指导书),以明确生产工序中如下要素的控制要求,确保其在生产工序中能得到适切之控制。包括的控制要素有:-Workstep作业步骤；-Workrequirement作业要求；-Workequipmentandtechnicalequi

6、pment机器设备和工艺装备；-Materialrequirement物料要求等。1.1.1QAdepartmentshallbechargeoftheproductionstandard.QAmanagerorganizetoconstitute“Inspectioninstruction”and“InspectionStandard”todefinitudetheproductionstandard’scontrolrequirement,ensureitcanbeincontrol.QA部统筹生产工序产品标准的控制活动。QA部经理组织编订《检查指示》、《检验标准》等作业指导文件,以明确
