2、eExistingAgreement”).B.AllpartiesheretohaveagreedthatPartyCshallbecomeapartytotheExistingAgreementinplaceofPartyB.NOWITISHEREBYAGREEDASFOLLOWS:1.WitheffectfromÄ[Date](“theNovationDate”),PartyCshallbecomeapartytotheExistingAgreementinplaceofPartyB.Forsuchpurpose,

3、itisherebyagreedthatPartyCshallacquirealltherightsandbenefitsand,asPartyCherebyundertakestoPartyA,assumeallthedutiesandobligationsofPartyB,setoutintheExistingAgreement.2.InconsiderationofPartyCenteringintothisAgreement,PartyAherebyreleasesanddischargesPartyBabso
