3、化建没起着重要的支撑作用，劳动力的转移满足了城镇化建设对人力资源的需求，但是在劳动力转移促进城镇化建设的同时也造成了诸多的城市问题。屮国农村人口约有8亿人左右，处理好农村剩余劳动力转移这一社会常态，对于我国全面步入小康社会有着积极的意义。本文结合我国现在及屮国城镇化进程的发展，从论述农村剩余劳动力转移的背景入手，井说明农村剩余劳动力转移对于我国经济社会发展的重要意义，进而探宂我国农紂剩余劳动转移过程中存在的问题并提出相应的解决对策。关键词关键词：剩余劳动力转移；城镇化；转移对策TheproblemsandCounterme
