4、ndicatedinthebusinesslicense.新注册企业如有特殊情况无法在16家合作银行签订银行缴费协议的，可采用“社保缴费”方式，与开户银行签订《同城特约委托收款付款授权书》，缴纳社会保险费。与“银行缴费”方式相比，“社保缴费”周期长、效率低、次数少、网点少，易产生滞纳金，无法进行线上缴费。Ifthenewlyregisteredenterprisecannotsignthepremiumpaymentagreementwiththeaforesaid16bankingpartners,itcanadoptthe“SocialI
