2、的基本理论，包括含义与处理方式；第二部分，上市公司债务重组会计处理问题现状分析。本部分阐述了债务重组屮存在公允价值难确定的漏洞，上市公司通过债务重组來调节利润、粉饰报表等问题，并针对这些问题进行原因分析。第三部分，案例分析。本部分首先介绍了所选上市公句的情景描述，其次对所选上市公司的债务重组后引发的现象进行解析，最后依据上文相关财务分析结构得出结论，并提出可行性的解决方案。第网部分，启示。针对前述案例得出完善上市公司债务重组的对策，对其他公句起借鉴和指导作用。本文的创新之处在于利用当前的学术成果和具体案例分析上市公司债务重组具体实施过程，找出债务
