2、列问题，如服务和菜品质量的不稳定、管理成本过高等。餐饮业是劳动密集型企业，服务人员的数量要占到整个餐饮企业的总人数的一半以上，服务人员的流失是影响餐饮业经济效益的一大原因。我在多年的经营实践中深深感受到：目前餐饮管理人员疲于应付的有两大问题：一是员工流失，特别是服务人员大量的频繁的流失；二是由于流失率过高引起的服务和菜品不稳定所带来的宾客投诉。解决餐饮业服务人员的流失问题已经到了刻不容缓的地步了。企业要改变当前餐饮人员招不到和留不住的现状，合理支付餐饮业人员的工资应该是势在必行。这就要求我们经营者做出大量的工作。一方面市场竞争越来越激烈，餐饮
