1、中药血清药物化学研究进展　　[摘要]中药血清药物化学是通过口服给药后，对血中移行成分进行鉴定分析，从而快速筛选药效物质基础及揭示复方配伍规律的有效方法。在近20年的发展中，得到了众多学者的认可及普遍应用。随着血清药物化学和血清药理学、药代动力学、代谢组学、网络药理学、系统生物学等学科的交叉融合，其在沟通药物体内外变化、药物之间的相互作用、药物与机体之间的相互作用等方面体现出了较强的优越性，契合了中药配伍使用、多成分、多靶点、多种作用机制的复杂性。该文通过查阅2013―2016年CNKIScholar和Pubmed2个数据库中与中药血清药物化学相关的文献，对

2、有关的研究成果进行了统计分析，并对血清药物化学研究中供试样品制备、实验动物选择、给药方案确定、取血方式和时间、血样制备和处理、血中移行成分分析等关键技术难题及多种解决方法进行了经验性归纳，同时，展望了中药血清药物化学的拓展及综合应用，以期为该方法在中医药研究中更好的应用奠定基础。　　[关键词]血清药物化学；血中移行成分；药效物质基础；中药复方　　ResearchprogressofserumpharmacochemistryoftraditionalChinesemedicine　　MAFeixiang，XUEPeifeng*，WANGYuanyuan，W
