5、··················································53天顺多层办公楼设计心得体会致谢参考文献附录(建筑施工图,结构施工图)86毕业设计(论文)天顺多层办公楼建筑和结构设计摘要:本工程为天顺多层办公楼工程,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,主体为五层,本地区抗震设防烈度为7度,近震,场地类别为II类场地。主导风向为夏季东南风,冬季西北风,基本风压0.35KN/㎡,基本雪压0.4KN/㎡。楼﹑屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土肋型屋盖。在进行建筑设计时,需要收集必要的设计资料,例
6、如办公楼所处地区、当地的地质、气候、办公楼的功能等,在整个设计过程中都应综合考虑所给设计资料,并结合规范、规程,以利于准确执行规范、规程,切实提高建筑施工图的设计质量。在进行结构设计时,本设计主要进行了结构方案中横向框架第4轴的设计。在确定框架布局之后,先进行了重力荷载代表值的计算,进而求出在风荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。接着计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力,并进行内力组合计算,找出不利的一组或几组内力组合,选取最不利的组合计算配筋。整个结构在设计过程中,严格遵循相关的专业规范的要求,参
