3、propertyshallbeusedbyanyoftheemployeesofPartyBand/orPartyB’sassociateorrelatedcompaniesforresidentialpurposeonly.四、租赁期：TermofTenancy:4.1租赁期为年，自年月日起至年月日止。租赁期内不得提前终止本合同，如乙方提前退租，甲方有权没收乙方保证金，如保证金不足弥补甲方的损失，乙方还应承担相应的赔偿责任。合同终止时乙方须付清租金，物业管理费，停车费，电话费及其它费用等，否则甲方将从保证金内扣除该部分费用，乙方仍须对不足部分承担经济赔偿责任。
