1、孕产期系统健康教育对妊娠结局的影响郭桂芬(河南省原阳县妇幼保健院河南原阳453500)【摘要】目的探讨孕产期系统健康教育对分娩结局的影响。方法将定期接受产前检查的300例孕产妇中，自愿接受孕产期系统健康教育的孕妇150例设为研究组，仅接受定期产前检查的孕妇150例设为对照组，对两组的分娩方式，产程时间，产后2h出血量，巨大儿及分娩过程中并发症的发生率进行统计分析。结果研究组巨大儿例数及经阴道助产、剖宫产率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)；第一、二产程时间及产后2h出血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)

2、;分娩期间，研究组宫缩乏力、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论孕产妇系统健康教育能有效降低剖宫产率，缩短产程时间，减少产后2h出血量，减少巨大儿及产时并发症的发生率。【关键词】孕产期系统健康教育妊娠结局分娩并发症【中图分类号】R173【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2013)27-0125-02ThehealtheducationsystemtotheinfluenceofthepregnancyoutcomeGuoGuiFen(henany

8、40周至婴儿分娩出的过程中，无论是孕产妇、胎儿及新生儿都可能遇到一些有害因素，因而造成孕产妇疾病或胎婴儿异常，如流产、死胎、先天畸形等妊娠不结局，严重者可导致孕产妇或围产儿死亡。孕产妇系统健康教育的作用就是要预防、减少甚至消除这些有害因素对母儿的伤害，从而降低孕产妇及胎儿、新生儿的患病率和死亡率，以达到母儿健康的0的。为探讨孕产期系统健康教育对分娩结局的影响，作者对在我院分娩的孕产妇进行随机对照研宄，现将结果报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料样本选自2
