1、内容摘要伴随着现代化互联网的飞速发展，互联网金融已经从刚开始大众对其不太信任，到现在已经深深地融入到大众生活当中，已经成为大众生活中必不可少的一部分。同时互联网金融在和传统金融的比较竞争当中，慢慢从一个劣势地位转变过来，互联网金融对传统货币金融理论框架也有着不小的冲击和影响。传统的金融模式在强大的竞争对手面前，将会面临非常多的困难。虽然互联网金融模式有许多的优点，但其也确实存在不可预估的风险，所以我们要辩证的看待互联网金融。本文现以互联网金融的涵义以及产生的原因为出发点，说明了互联网金融模式现在面临怎样的风险，以及表明

2、了对传统的互联网金融模式有着很大的影响，阐述了互联网金融的模式及其特点，不同的人群应该选择怎样的互联网金融模式以及对互联网金融的监管防范。本文通过对互联网金融的剖析，对互联网金融模式的概述和分析，希望对互联网金融和传统金融都有一个推动其发展的作用。一方面希望互联网金融在给人们带来利益的同时，把它的风险性降到大众能接受的范围。另一方面，通过对互联网金融模式的剖析，给传统金融模式带来警示作用，为其今后的发展起到推动的作用。关键词：互联网金融模式；第三方支付；大数据金融AbstractAlongwiththerapiddev
