1、捅要j目前冻胶试验多采用室内的静态试验,但是在现场实际中,冻胶在注入的过程中会受到包括泵、井筒、管线、地层等的多种剪切,其成胶情况与静态成胶情况有很多差别,本文采用IKA搅拌器、IKA振荡器,填砂管和微管模拟酚醛树脂冻胶在配制、注入以及运移过程中受到的剪切作用,考察了酚醛树脂冻胶在剪切条件下的动态成胶时间,动态成胶后的成胶强度、临界成胶剪切速率,粘度恢复能力,剪切前后的微观形态等,并与酚醛树脂冻胶在安瓿瓶内静态成胶的成胶情况进行对比,另外还考察了聚合物和交联剂质量分数、剪切速率、渗透率等对酚醛树脂冻胶动态成胶的影响。研究结果表明:剪切条件下酚醛树脂冻胶的成胶时间比静态条件下的成
2、胶时间长,成胶后的强度低;酚醛树脂冻胶在经过搅拌剪切和振荡剪切后静置粘度可以有不同程度的恢复;随着聚合物和交联剂质量分数的增加、搅拌剪切速率和振荡剪切速率的减小、多孔介质渗透率的增加,酚醛树脂冻胶在微管中注入速度的降低,酚醛树脂冻胶的成胶时间缩短,成胶后强度增大,封堵能力增强;在现场注入过程中,应使酚醛树脂冻胶在诱导阶段结束之前注入地层,并保证其在在地层中的注入速度小于1.54m/d时,以使其在闷井后冻胶粘度能够恢复至较大值;用扫描电镜可以看到酚醛树脂冻胶在未受到剪切时为规则的三维空间网状结构,经过多孔介质剪切后三维网状结构被破坏,变得不完整。关键词:冻胶,酚醛树脂冻胶,剪切,
