2、imulationcalculationonmulti—stepsdeepdrawingisveryvaluableinpredictingvariousdefects,seekingforanoptimizationmethodforsheetmetalforming,reducing.productdevelopmentcyclesandguidingmulti—stagepractice.Inthisdissertation,thebasicfiniteelementtheorybasedonnon—linerfinitedeformationwasexpounded.Theform

3、ingcharacteristicsofshockabsorberlidwereanalyzedandthenumericalsimulationmethodwasadoptedtoestimatethedefectsattwo—stepsstampingbasedonthemodelwithmiddleprocesshole.ByusingthefiniteelementcodeDYNAFORM,theformingprocessbasedonthemodelwithcentralprocessholewassimulated.Thesimulationresultshowsthatby

4、punchingthecentralprocesshole,theplasticflowuniformitycanbeincreasedandtheratioofthinningreduced.Inaddition,crackcanbemoreeffectivelycontrolledandtheformingqualitycanbeimproved.Theresearchworkofprocessparameterswhichisregardasthepreparationbeforerobustoptimizationdesignwasalsocarriedout.Theparamet

5、errobustoptimizationofthestampingdrawingprocessofshockabsorberlidisamultifactorproblem.Therobustoptimizationdesignwasadoptedforthischaracteristic.Animprovedresponsesurfacemodelbasedonrobustdesignwasadopted,whichcombinestheadvantagesoftheorthogonalexperimentaldesignandtheregressionanalysis.Twokeyfa
