1、宫颈癌机会性筛查的应用(贵州省铜仁市妇幼保健院;贵州铜仁554300)[摘要]目的:探讨宫颈癌机会性筛查的应用及意义,促进女性生殖健康。方法:选取我院2014年1月一2015年1月在铜仁市妇幼保健院妇科门诊就诊的患者行机会性筛查,通过液基细胞学(TCT)筛查非孕妇女、宫颈感染HPV检测,筛查结果异常的阳性者做阴道镜检查,活检组织病理学诊断为最终诊断标准,评价机会性筛查用于宫颈癌早诊的意义。结果:3873例患者中大部分患者不了解宫颈癌相关知识,检出细胞学阳性566例,阳性检出率14.61%,其中288例行高危HPV检测,感染率46.18%(133/288),244例
2、行阴道镜+活检或ECC,活检或ECC病理结果为:炎症126例,CINI65例,CINII—III46例,SCC7例。2011年一2012年宫颈病变检岀率与2014年一2015年比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过机会性筛查相关干预措施有助于提高患者对宫颈癌的认知程度,是全面防治宫颈癌的重要内容;机会性筛查效果好,能够早期发现宫颈病变,是行之有效的宫颈癌筛查方法,值得推广应用。[关键词]宫颈肿瘤;机会性筛查;液基细胞学检查;人乳头瘤病毒。TheApplicationofOpportunisticScreeningforCervicalCancer.LuC
