2、f.SunJianmingCollegeofStorage&TransportationandArchitecturalEngineeringChinaUniversityofPetroleum(EastChina)摘要胜利油田低渗油田采出水大多采用金属膜过滤器作为精细处理把关设备,由于金属膜滤芯加工制作精度不足,目前应用的金属膜过滤器处理水质通常无法满足《碎屑岩油藏注水水质指标及分析方法》中的Ⅰ级标准。本文针对上述问题选择无机陶瓷膜在樊家油田樊家污水站进行试验研究,小试研究表明,选用膜孔径50nm陶
3、瓷膜处理樊家油田采出水,处理后含油量、悬浮固体含量、颗粒直径中值三项指标满足《碎屑岩油藏注水水质指标及分析方法》中的Ⅰ级标准,并得到最佳工艺参数为:跨膜压差0.16MPa,膜面流速4m/s,同时针对膜污染问题确定了NaOH和HNO3联合清洗法,膜通量恢复率超3过97%;在小试试验基础上在樊家污水站开展了200m/d的现场中试试验,研究结果表明,陶瓷膜运行稳定,连续检测出水含油量、悬浮固体含量、颗粒直径中值三项指标满足《碎屑岩油藏注水水质指标及分析方法》中的Ⅰ级标准。关键词:低渗油田,采出水处理,陶瓷膜
