2、pervisor：Prof.SunShupingSchoolofEconomics&ManagementChinaUniversityofPetroleum(EastChina)摘要成品天然气的输送方式有多种，但管道输送天然气是最安全、最经济的运输方式。天然气站场作为长输管道的重要组成部分，输气站场的是否安全将会对整个输气系统产生重大影响。且天然气属于易燃易爆危险化学品，一旦发生事故，将导致非常严重的后果。所以对天然气站场风险管理是非常重要的。基于风险的检验（RBI）是在追求系统安全性与经济性统一的理念基础上建立起来的一种优化检验策略

3、的方法。天然气站场的风险评价技术研究就是为了提高输气站场各环节的可靠性，提高对事故及隐患部位的预测能力，最大限度的减少事故发生所造成的经济损失、人员伤亡和对环境的破坏。对输气站场的风险进行专门的研究和分析，建立输气站场的风险评价模型，对站场设备和管道进行风险后果排序，为优化站场设备和管道的检测和维护方案提供依据，促进站场安全与应急管理的科学化和规范化。本文主要介绍了风险评价的概念及评价方法，通过对D天然气站场的调研进行了数据采集，应用RBI对D天然气站场进行风险评价，得到了各风险排序结果，为站场的运行管理提供了具体数据的理论依据。关键
