2、mprovetheperformaceofmembranebasedonPVDF/N,N-dimethylacetamide/octanol/watersystem.EffectsofsingleorcompositeadditivesofpolymerandnanoparticleonthemorphologyandperformanceofPVDFmembranewereresearched.Firstofall,itwasstudiedthattheeffectsofadditivesonthethermodynamicsandgelkineticsofthecastingsolut
3、ionsystembytheanalysisofthemodynamicpropertiesandthetestofviscosityandgeltestofcastingsolution.Theresultsshowedthatthecontentofadditicvesinthecastingsolutionincreased,thethermodynamicsstabilityofcastingsolutionwillbeworseandphaseseparationwillbestrengthening.Theeffectsoffoursingleadditivessuchaspo
4、lymer,nanoparticles,inorganicsaltsandliquidnon-solvent,onthemembranemorphologyandperformancewereexploredbyscanningelectronicmicroscopy,contactangle,gasflux,mechanicalperformanceandotheranalysismethods.Itwasfoundthatthecross-sectionmacroporousmorophologydevelopedfullyanditisbeneficialtoincreasegasf
5、luxofPVDFmembrane,whilehydrophhobicreducedbecauseofthesmallamountofresidualadditivesinPVDFmembrane.Nanoparticlesadditivesmakedmembranegeneratemorespheruliteonthemembranebottomsurface,anditisbeneficialtomaintainorevenenhancehydrophobicityofmembrane,butthegasfluxdecreased.Inogranicsaltadditivesmaket
6、heroughnessofmembranebottomsurfaceincrease,andthehydrophobic,gasfluxandmechanicalperformancewerebetter.Non-solvenradditivesmakethemembranegenerateacertainthicknessofspherulitestackstructure,itisbeneficialtoincreasethehydrophobicofPVDFmembrane,theoverallperformanceofmembranewithphosphoricacidasaddi
