1、孟鲁司特钠治疗108例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效分析姚彬彬庄洪涛邱琦(海宁市妇幼保健院儿科314400)【摘要】目的探究与分析孟魯司特钠治疗108例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取我院呼吸内科收治的儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘216例并将其作为研究对象(经木人及家长同意)，按照患者意愿分为甲，乙两组，每组均为108名患者。甲组为实验组，我院采用孟魯司特钠口服给药的治疗方案；乙组为对照组,釆用抗炎平喘药糖皮质激素布地奈德的治疗方案。通过一段时间的治疗，观察并分析两组患者经不同的治疗方案治疗后的临床疗效。结果甲乙两组患者经过不同的治疗方案治疗后，甲组患者的治疗有效人数较乙组高，并且哮
2、喘次数,气短，出汗，焦虑以及咳嗽等症状显著减少,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗过程中，孟兽司特钠的治疗方案比较传统呼吸内科使用糖皮质激素的治疗方案疗效更佳显著，副作用明显减少，因此在临床上具有一定的指导意义。【关键词】儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘孟魯司特钠疗效分析【中图分类号】R720.5【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2012)35-0177-02Analysecurativeeffectofusingmontelukastsodiumtotreat108casesofchildrencoughvariantasthma[Abs

5、oidbudesonideastreatmenttothem.Observedandanalysedthesetwogroups’patients’clinicalcuratiiveeffectsaftertheyhavebeentreatedbydifferentmethodsforaperiodoftime.Results:Aftertreatedbydifferentmethods,thetreatmenteffectivenumberinthefirstgroupwasmorethanthesecondgroup’s,andth
6、eirsymptomsofasthmafrequencies,breathehard,perspire,anxietyandcoughweredecreasedsignificantly,p<0.05,ithasstatisticsmeaning.Conclusions:Withregardtotreatmentforchildrencoughvariantasthma,montelukastsodium’sclinicalcurativeeffectwasbetterthanglucocorticoid’s,anditssideeffect
