1、摘要产业结构调整是经济发展中的永恒话题。目前，我国经济总量增长迅速，但结构性矛盾突出，已成为经济发展的制约因素。我国产业结构的调整升级也成为理论界关注的问题。以往有关产业结构的研究更多的是局限于一国范围之内。而当今全球化迅猛发展，任何国家的经济运行都不可避免地受到世界经济的影响。　本文以外商直接投资对我国产业结构的影响为出发点。通过分析近几年我国产业结构变动状况，得出虽然第一产业在ＧＤＰ中的比重下降，第三产业比重快速上升，但是与发达国家相比，第二产业比重过高而第三产业发展不足。进一步分析外商在我国的投资分布，发现外商直接投资过度集中于第二产业尤其是工业

2、。这种投资的结构性偏差加剧了我国产业的失衡和产业内发展不协调。　建立外商直接投资与产业结构相关性模型，运用统计方法分析可知二者之间存在一定的相关性。因而通过引导外商投资的产业分布可有效促进我国产业结构调整升级。最后提出相应的政策措施，即加强对外商直接投资的产业导向、完善产业准入制度、建立利用外资效益评价体系。　关键词：外商直接投资产业结构结构偏差相关性3AbstractTheadjustmentofindustrialstructureistheeternaltalkintheeconomicdevelopment.Atpresent,theGD

6、hinaandknowthatFDIismostinthesecondindustry,especiallythemanufacturingindustry。Thestructuredeviationoftheinvestmentaggravatestheindustry’unbalanceandtheirreasonofinter-industry.Establishingthemodelofinter-relationshipbetweenFDIandthe4industrialstructure,Thereisinter-relationship
