1、摘要随着石油测井技术的发展，石油测井仪器正趋向自动化、精密化和小型化，仪器维修人员遇到的多是集光电技术、气动技术和计算机技术为一体的复杂设备，测井仪器维修管理也越来越重要。因此，通过认真研究维修理论，用研究成果来指导实践，对进一步加强地质测井处测井仪器维修规范化管理、提高经济效益和推动企业全面发展具有重要的意义。本文首先对国内外设备维修管理理论和发展进行了概述，总结分析出了当前常用的设备维修组织形式和维修方法，然后对地质测井处测井仪器维修管理的组织结构、测井仪器的特点、仪器维修保养的制度等进行了分析，重点分析了目前存在
2、的问题，提出了在仪器维修组织形式、考核管理方式以及推广应用仪器维修网络管理系统等方面进行改进优化的方案，也提出了完善制度、强化责任落实、强化维修技术管理、仪器配件管理和提升职工素质等保障措施，为提升地质测井处测井仪器维修管理水平提供新的探索和思路。关键词：仪器维修；维修管理；考核管理AbstractWithdevelopmentofpetroleumwell-loggingtechnique,wellloggingtoolsbecomemoreautomatic,preciseandsmall,instrumentme
