1、Thl7细胞相关细胞因子在类风湿性关节炎发病中的临床意义陆扬光1余志辉1王晓娟2通迅作者(1佛山市第五人民医院检验科528211;2佛山科学技术学院医学院广东佛山528211)【摘要】目的探讨Thl7细胞相关细胞因子IL-17、IL-6、IL-23在类风湿关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis,RA)发病机制屮的作用。方法用酶联免疫吸附法检测35例活动组RA患者、35例缓解组RA患者及30例健康人血淸IL-17JL-6、IL-23的水平,并分析它们与活动度和实验室指标的关系。结果RA活动组和
2、缓解组血清IL-23、IL-6水平均明显高于对照组(p<0.05),而RA活动组与缓解租相比,差异亦有统计学意义(p<0.05)oRA活动组与缓解组血淸IL-17水平均高于对照组(p<0.05),但RA缓解组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。RA患者血清IL-17、IL-6和IL-23水平分别与DAS28评分、CRP、ESR,DAS28评分、RF、CRP、ESR和DAS28评分、ESR相关(p<0.05)。RA患者血清IL-17、IL-6和IL-23水平之间互为正
