1、摘要目前,随着我国经济的逐步增长,人们对居住条件生活环境的舒适性的要求越来越高,对中央空调的需求越来越大,对中央空调节能、舒适、健康更加关注。根据南京市的能源使用现状及目前的经济发展水平,从节能的角度出发进行设计,为人们提供一个舒适、安全、卫生的工作环境。本设计是西安市某综合楼的空调工程设计,该接待中心面南背北,建筑总面积约32780m2,该建筑物地上共12层,一、二、三层主要为商铺、办公室,层高5.9m和4.8m,四~十二层为客房,层高3m;地下一层高4.8m,为配电室、水泵房、消防水池和制冷机房。根据合理利用能源的原则,因地制宜,在比较各种方案的可
2、行性后,选择一个技术可靠,经济合理,管理方便的设计方案。最终确定方案为:采用风机盘管加新风系统,本建筑物采用螺杆式冷水机组作为冷源,板式换热器作为热源。水系统选择闭式、竖直同程、水平异程式、双管制、单级泵,变流量系统。设计内容包括:空调负荷的计算;空调系统的划分与系统方案的确定;送风状态及送风量的确定;冷源的选择;空调末端处理设备的选型;风系统的设计与计算;室内送风方式与气流组织形式的设计及校核;水系统的设计及计算;风管系统与水管系统保温层和防腐设计;消声防振设计等内容。关键词:综合楼;中央空调系统;风机盘管加新风系统;性能比较IIIIIIAbstra
