2、的挑战，从我国加入WTO起，商业银行就面临着激烈的竞争，尤其是在近几年，我国金融市场进一步开放，以传统业务作为主要收入来源的商业银行受到了极大的挑战。在这样的情况下，发展商业银行中间业务就显得尤为重要。本文首先介绍了商业银行中间业务的概念，并对商业银行中间业务进行了分类，阐述了发展中间业务的必要性；其次，在分析了国内外商业银行中间业务的发展状况的基础上，分析了我国商业银行在发展中间业务存在问题；最后，提出我国商业银行在发展中间业务方面存在的主要问题，并针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。关键词：商业银行；中间业务；对策5.1-9,,services,andmakethecitymoreattrac
