1、“一带一路”战略下的国际科技合作研究综述　　摘要：在我国“一带一路”战略背景下，亟待加强沿线国家科技、产业和社会的融合，打造国家间的利益共同体。国际科技合作作为“一带一路”战略的重要组成部分，是当今学者深入探讨的热点问题，其研究范畴主要涉及基础理论研究（包括合作动因、合作特征、合作领域、合作内容）和合作机制及模式研究（包括影响国际科技合作的环境因素、政策条件、人力资源条件、管理机制、合作模式）两大部分，研究呈现出一定的多元性、融合性、现实性和实证性。但对于国际科技合作在不同时期的合作内容、合作模式以及实践创新的研究尚显不足。今后一段时
