1、摘要本文在带式输送机设计方法的基础上,提出采用钢带传动,分析了钢带送料的受力情况以及钢带材料的选型,通过常规设计计算,提出了合理的张紧方式、对驱动装置及各主要部件进行了选型并校核。钢带传动在设计方面需考虑各种问题,如钢带与带轮之间的打滑问题,钢带的张紧问题,同时为保证运行过程中各组成部分能适应载荷的变化需将拉紧力统一等等问题,本文综合考虑各方面的因素,采用合理的驱动方案、结构设计,有效保证钢带输送机的可靠运行。关键词:钢带、张紧 、打滑、传动AbstractThe design of strip automatic feeding device ABSTRACTIn this paper,
