1、河南机电高等专科学校毕业设计说明书摘要根据加工的为法兰盘类零件的螺孔的设计要求,特设计此固定式四轴头架,用于零件中大批量生产。 设计主要包括传动系统图的绘制,多轴头架上齿轮几何尺寸计算、绘制多轴头总图、轴承寿命的计算,确定四轴头架的工艺主参数,进行四轴头架的总体设计。改装后的四轴钻床,可以同时完成四个孔的钻、扩、铰等工序。可以起到提高生产效率、降低成本、提高孔系加工精度等作用。此外该装置具有结构简单、操作方便、应用范围广等特点,值得推广。关键词:立式 钻床 四轴头 可调 齿轮河南机电高等专科学校毕业设计说明书Abstract The
