3、oypistontinplating.采用化学镀锡就可避免以上麻烦，经过的工序为：除油—清洗-出光-清洗-化学镀锡-清洗-钝化。溶液为浓缩液，按比例稀释后即可用于生产，可用于铝及铝合金高温快速化学镀锡，镀层白亮到乳白，附着力好，不易变色，不含重金属，可镀1~30u厚纯锡。用于改善和提高铝及铝合金制品的可焊性、耐磨性、装饰性等。操作简便，每升溶液产量大，成本低，可用于各种电子产品、汽配、建材、等各种铝及铝合金制品快速化学镀锡。其导电性及可焊性优良，在空气中能长久保持色泽白亮。高温400度，10分钟不变色、不起泡，恒温120度、两小时不鼓泡，高温摩擦后附着力优于常规铜-镍-锡镀层 Ch
