1、探讨胎儿颈项透明层厚度(NT)超声检测联合孕中期四维彩超筛查诊断胎儿畸形的应用价值段琳湖南旺旺医院湖南长沙410000摘要:A的:对胎儿颈项透明层厚度(NT)超声检测联合孕屮期四维彩超筛查诊断胎儿畸形的应用价值进行探讨。方法:选取2014年我院收治的500例孕屮期孕妇作为研究对象,对其进行实时四维彩超检测,并对其检测结果进行分析;在此基础上对这500例患考进行胎儿颈项透明层厚度(NT值)超声检测。实时四维彩超检测的结果数据为A组,实时四维彩超联合胎儿颈项透明层厚度超声检测的结果数据为B组。对两组诊断数据进行分析对比。结果:这500
2、例孕妇腹屮的胎儿数量均为单胞胎。A组检测结果显示,共检出2例畸形胎儿,胎儿畸形检出率为0.4%;B组检测结果显示,共检出9例畸形胎儿,胎儿畸形检出率为1.8%,9例胎儿NT值>3.0mm。B组数据中的胎儿畸形检出率明显高于A组(χ2=4.3040,P=0.038)。结论:相对于单纯的实时四维彩超检测,胎儿颈项透明层厚度(NT)超声检测联合孕屮期四维彩超筛查诊断胎儿畸形,胎儿畸形检出率有显著性的提高,具有较高的临床价值。关键词:胎儿颈项透明层厚度;四维彩超;胎儿畸形;诊断价值abstract:purpose:neckt
