7、认真贯彻落实省、市经济分析会议精神，准确把握当前经济发展面临的形势，分析我县经济运行中存在的突出问题，进一步统一思想，坚定信心，采取积极措施，落实好下半年的各项工作，确保全年目标任务圆满完成。下面，我讲三方面的意见。　　一、过去的半年极不平凡。全县经济和社会各项事业承接去年形成的良好态势，在重重矛盾和困境中艰难运行，取得了来之不易的成绩。　　今年以来，面对国家宏观经济政策调整、环保措施日趋严厉、安全生产形势严峻、突发事件时有发生等复杂多变的形势，全县上下采取有效措施，积极应对变化，着力提高经济运行质量、转变增长方式、提升产业层级，经济和社会各项事业的发展取得了
