1、2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤类型及相关因素分析　　摘要：目的研究分析2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤类型及危险因素，为日后2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤的预防和治疗提供更多依据。方法选取我院所收治的30例2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤患者设为观察组，同时选取同期在我院进行治疗的2型糖尿病未合并恶性肿瘤患者设为对照组，病例追踪的形式对两组患者的糖尿病家族史、血糖控制情况进行调查，分析2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤类型及分析相关因素。结果在观察组即2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤组中，男性以消化系统恶性肿瘤构成比最高为14（46.67%），女性则以雌激素依赖肿瘤构成比最高为12（40.23%）；经研究分

2、析发现糖化血红蛋白水平（HbA1c）、糖尿病家族史与恶性肿瘤呈正相关，是2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤的危险因素。结论对2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤类型及危险因素进行深入的研究分析，揭示2型糖尿病与恶性肿瘤之间的相关性，有利于该类患者进行早期的临床诊断及筛查。　　关键词：2型糖尿病；恶性肿瘤；糖化血红蛋白；糖尿病家族史　　Type2DiabetesMellitusCombinedwithMalignantTumorTypesandRelatedFactors　　JINGXiang，ZHAOWu-zhong　　（DepartmentofOncologyandChem
