7、场客源会更加稳定,在竞争中的优势就会凸现出来。为此,我们受南门果道私房菜餐厅的委托,在2010年4月18日到2010年6月20日这个时间范围内对全体学校学生展开一场调查,旨在通过这次调查,得知学院学生对该餐厅的了解情况与其日常饮食情况。同时,这次的调查课题也是我们统计学期末考试的内容。做这次调查的目的是在全校范围内实行抽样调查和面访调查的方式,通过实践帮助果道私房菜餐厅更好的为广大顾客服务。按照实事求是的原则,分析调查结果,发现果道私房菜餐厅的知名度与顾客满意度有待改善,还有一些规范的操作性问题都有待纠正,
