1、摘要本次课题主要研究的是冲裁模和弯曲模的工艺结构设计。本文介绍了主要叙述了冲压模具的发展状况,说明了冲压模具的重要性与本次设计的意义,接着是对冲压件的工艺分析,完成了工艺方案的确定,并且分析了夹线卡的工艺特点,首先根据工件图算工件的展开尺寸,在根据展开尺寸算该零件的压力中心,材料利用率,画排样图。根据零件的几何形状要求和尺寸的分析,采用复合模冲压,这样有利于提高生产效率,模具设计和制造也相对于简单。当所有的参数计算完后,对磨具的装配方案,对主要零件的设计和装配要求技术要求都进行了分析。随后简单的介绍了P
2、ro/E的主要特点及应用范围。并且运用Pro/E三维软件绘制出模具的装配图,非标准零件的零件图等。本次设计阐述了冲压倒装复合模的结构设计及工作过程。本模具性能可靠,运行平稳,提高了产品质量和生产效率,降低劳动强度和生产成本。同时也设计的夹形卡片的弯曲模结构,弯曲模的设计过程和冲裁模基本相同。只是,与冲裁模相比简单一些,而且弯曲模的设计不是本次设计的重点,所以只有简单的设计过程,其基本思路和设计过程都是按照正确的思路完成设计。关键词:冲压、落料冲孔、复合模具、模具结构、Pro/EIVAbstractThi
