1、病案质量评估机制病历反映了医院的管理水平、医疗质量和医师的业务水平，病案在医院管理中所起的作用越来越大，病案不仅是医疗、教学、科研等方面的保障，而且还涉及医疗管理、疾病预防、医疗保险及法律法规等多个方面，为了进一步提高我院病案质量，根据目前我院现状就病案管理作出如下规定：一、病案质量管理实施全程监控1、建立、健全病案质量管理体系医院病案管理委员会下设病案室、病案质量评审专家组、科室质控小组。在业务院长的领导下，医务处、门诊部、病案室负责组织对门诊、住院病历进行检查。业务院长医院病案管理委员会医务处门诊部病
