1、压缩量机械防泄漏设计机械密封的泄漏是由于多种原因引起,我们要具体问题具体处理。为了最大限度的减少泄漏量,安装机械密封时一定要严格按照技术要求进行装配,如果是动静环与密封腔的间隙太小,就要增大密封腔内径或减小转动外径,至少保证0.75mm的间隙。如果是摩擦副配对不当,就要更改动静环材料,使其耐温,耐腐蚀。这样就会减少机械密封的振动和发热。Mechanicalsealleakagewascausedbyavarietyofreasons,wewanttospecificprocessing.Inordert

4、机械密封的零部件、工器具、润滑油、揩拭材料要十分干净。动静环的密封端面要用柔软的纱布揩拭。(2)修整倒角倒圆。轴、密封端盖等倒角要修整光滑,轴和端盖的有关圆角要砂光擦亮。(3)装配辅助密封圈时,橡胶辅助密封圈不能用汽油、煤油浸泡洗涤,以免胀大变形,过早老化。动静环组装完后,用手按动补偿环,检查是否到位,是否灵活;弹性开口环是否定位可靠。动环安装后,必须保证它在轴上轴向移动灵活。机械密封介质泄漏的故障原因机械密封振动偏大。机械密封振动偏大,最终导致失去密封效果。但机械密封振动偏大的原因往往不仅仅是机械密封
