2、成为一个关系到我国经济稳定增长的迫在眉睫的难题。因此，研究我国中小企业融资困境并给出对策研究具有重要的理论意义与现实意义。本文阐述了研究的目的、意义、方法和结果，首先,分析了我国中小企业发展对国民经济的重要意义；其次，主要分析了我国中小企业融资的现状和特点；再次，对我国中小企业融资困难的自身原因和外部环境进行分析；最后，提出解决中小企业融资难问题的可行性对策。本文结合我国目前的经济特点及现状，尝试性地找出一些现实对策，以期能够对根本解决这一难题，使我国中小企业真正摆脱融资困境，从而为我国经济发展作出力所能及的贡献，实
