1、第二章ProtelDXP运算放大器电气参数仿真ProtelDXP包括十种仿真类型:operatingpointanalysis(仿真点分析)、transient/Fourieranalysis(瞬态/傅立叶分析)、DCsweepanalysis(直流扫描分析)、ACsmallsignalanalysis(交流小信号分析)、Noiseanalysis(噪声分析)、Pole-Zeroanalysis(极点-零点分析)、transferfunctionanalysis(传输特性分析)、temperaturesweepa
2、nalysis(温度扫描分析)、parametersweepanalysis(参数扫描分析)、和MonteCarloAnalysis(蒙特卡罗分析)。仿真类型的作用如下:ØOperatingPointAnalysis:直流电路分析ØTransientanalysis:时域分析,就像波形显示在示波器上。ØFourieranalysis:波形的傅立叶变换。TheFourieranalysisofadesignisbasedonthelastcycleoftransientdatacapturedduringaTran
3、sientanalysis.Forexample,ifthefundamentalfrequencyis1.0kHz,thenthetransientdatafromthelast1mscyclewouldbeusedfortheFourieranalysis.ØDCsweepanalysis:根据预先设置的的电源参数,执行一系列的仿真点分析,得到一个直流传输曲线。ØACsmallsignalanalysis:显示电路的频率响应。ØNoiseanalysis:measurethenoisecontribution

5、tputlinearsystem,bycalculatingthepolesand/orzerosinthesmall-signalactransferfunctionforthecircuit.ØTransferFunctionanalysis:(DCsmallsignalanalysis)calculatestheDCinputresistance,DCoutputresistanceandDCgain,ateachvoltagenodeinthecircuit.ØTemperatureSweepfeatur
6、e:analyzethecircuitateachtemperatureinaspecifiedrange,producingaseriesacurves,oneforeachtemperaturesetting.TheSimulatorperformsmultiplepassesofanyofthestandardanalysesthatareenabled(AC,DCSweep,OperatingPoint,Transient,TransferFunction,andNoise).ØMonteCarloana
