3、ebasisandimportantsignofmoderncivilization.Marketeconomyisacrediteconomy.Withoutcredit,economicactivitiescannotdevelopinahealthyway.Themodernfinancialindustryisdevelopedonthebasisofcredit,tothedevelopmentofmodernbarterlendingrelationshipfromtheinitialexchange,istothepartiestothetran
