2、refiningprocess,ithasbecomeanessentialpartofmodernsteelmakingprocess.Becauseofthistechnologycanimprovethesteel-makingequipmentproductioncapacity,improvethequalityofsteel,reduceenergyconsumption,reducerefractories,energyandironalloyconsumption,therefore,refin
3、ingtechnologyhasbecomeoneoftheworld'sironandsteelmetallurgydevelopmentdirection.Itisnecessarytostudyforrefiningproblemsanddevelopmentdirectionoftechnicalproblems.1Developmentcourseandthepresentsituationofdomesticandinternational1refiningtechnologyWiththedeve
4、lopmentofsteelmakingtechnology,refiningoutsidethefurnacehasoccupiedanimportantpositioninthemodernironandsteelproduction,thetraditionalproductionprocess(blastfurnace,steelfurnace(EAForfurnace),casting),hasbeenanewprocess(blastfurnace,moltenironpretreatment,st
5、eelmaking,refining,continuouscasting)replaced.Hasbecomethemainprocessoflarge-scaleironandsteelenterpriseproductionathomeandabroad,especiallyinthefieldofspecialsteel,refiningandcontinuouscastingtechnologymatures.Therefiningprocessplaysacrucialroleinthewholepr
6、ocess,handthroughthisprocesscanimprovethepurityofsteel,removalofharmfulimpurities,microalloyingandinclusionmodification;ontheotherhand,refiningisabufferunit,isconducivetothebalanceofthecontinuouscastingproduction.Japaninthenineteenseventiesinordertoreducethe
7、costofsteelmaking,improvethepurityandqualityofsteel,willtaketheleadinrefiningtechnologyusedinspecialsteelproductioninWesternEurope,thentheironandsteelenterprisesalsoaddedtothepromotionandapplicationofthistechnologyintheranksofthe.Accordingtoreports,Japanasea
8、rlyas1985refiningratereached65.9%,risingto73.4%in1989,thespecialsteelrefiningratereached94%,thenewEAFminimill100%usingthesecondaryrefiningtechnology.80yearsofcontinuouscastingtechnologyisdevelop
